This incoming lawsuit from the cheer coach is going to break the camels back.
There is no escaping it whether or not the individual is identified. Utah athletic revenue is going to end up footing a hefty bill for that one. Hopefully the individual gets a knock on the door from the 5-0 as well but that situation isnt going to just go away.

not gonna change. ALUFS have been making these tepid complaints for years. It has not gotten better.
