It had all of the usual indications of a facemask. Glasker's hand was near the head, Rose's head got turned. It ultimately wasn't, but I can see how a ref throws that flag. This and the blown calls in the Bengals-Ravens game though does make me wonder if it should be reviewable since whether or not a facemask gets grabbed is pretty objective on replay.
