Robinson was guarding him, never left his feet, never went down, etc. You can see Robinson just looking down at him but Kuithe is just out of the screen and appears to have just fallen down.

I’m assuming he did something to his knee again when he tried to plant and cut outside, but it was obvious he wasn’t tackled by the only person guarding him on the play.
