Who could look into the helmet and see if they could make it do active noise cancellation for fan noise etc when the speakers are active (I'm guessing that's against the rules, but if it isn't we have a department that could to it)

And I'm well aware that active noise cancellation wouldn't be a silver bullet, especially against fan noise, but it's worth looking into it it's within the rules to do so
