Yeah. Maybe the more interesting scenario is it rolls back into the endzone and
kicking team "downs" it. On a normal kick, the kicking team touching the ball downs it at the spot and it is the other team's ball. Would this be a touchdown without the receiving team ever even touching the ball? It seems weird to call it a safety. Not sure this will ever happen in a game.
