I feel like that's more of a Provo rule than an Idaho one, I don't know anyone who follows curfew in Idaho. With Idaho I think it's stricter in theory but there's almost no enforcement outside of the testing center where you've got to shave before you go in. I've got friends who drink on the weekends and it sometimes smells like weed in my apartment's parking lot, it's just kind of a don't ask don't tell type of situation.
