2 weeks ago the cheapest Utah BYU tickets were $250, yesterday $135 was the low, today it's $111. All I've got to say is

You can find similar prices on KSL with no fees. That's likely where I'll get my tickets tomorrow.

Yes, but you could meet up and do the electronic transfer in person.
