surly staff, worn out plane, terrible food. I've never flown Aeroflot, but I now feel like I have.

both are good personally I'd go with who I fly more for the points

I would pick Delta because (1) I could use their lounge; and (2) if my flight got cancelled it would be easier to use

Interesting...maybe because domestic? I've flown business class on United and Air Canada and felt AC was better
