The national disrespect for both BYU and the Big XII is really getting under my skin. This conference is DEEP. Every team is good, and it's just a question of which teams are going to get it together for enough consecutive Saturdays to be there at the end. The SEC and B1G get the benefit of that doubt, and I really don't think they deserve it.

The top of both conferences is elite. However, the middle of the Big XII, imo, is by far deeper and more talented and capable than the middle of either of those two conferences, and what you would call the bottom because of standings is MUCH deeper and more talented and capable than the bottom of those conferences. Yet, there is no respect.

BYU gets no credit at all for beating two excellent teams. Other teams are getting a ton of credit they don't deserve because they allegedly pass the "eye test." Really? Miami? A team that needs 21 points in the fourth quarter to beat a 4-4 Cal by 1 point passes the eye test? Give me a break.
