If the conference is going to mess with rivalry game there needs to be a guarantee from the TV partners that the game will receive a priority broadcast window. The game could've been on rivalry weekend and easily received the exact same TV slot and channel, so why move it?

The games on FOX this Saturday are Colorado at Texas Tech & Nevada at Boise State.

BYU-Utah got passed over by two games that are far less interesting, even if the CU-TT game is more relevant to the Big 12 race. It makes no sense to move the game off rivalry weekend if it isn't going to get special TV treatment.
