I suffered a game vs Boise in 2003. Wet snow that just soaked into your clothes.
That was miserable. Would have preferred to be cold enough for the snow to bounce off my clothes. At least LES now sells hot chocolate in souvenir mugs that are somewhat insulated. I bought one a half hour before kick at the OSU game last month and it was still warm at half-time. Wish they'd let you reuse those in games later in the season. No sense in buying a new one each game.

I've learned that dressing with thermal base-layers, hoodie, thick wool socks, extra outer layers, gloves, beanie, a blanket, and a seat cushion/pad can all go a long way to keeping comfortably warm in frigid game-time environments.
