I believe SEC will get 4 teams and Big10 will get 3 teams into the CFP. G5 will get 1 of course.

I’m assuming the committee will use strength of schedule as one of the measurements to get the teams.

According to Sagarin BigXII has the second strongest strength of schedule behind the SEC. On top io that, strength of record will be use and BYU and other teams in the conference rank good in that category.

I understand that Notre Dame has a case to be included therefore, I can see a Scenario were SEC and Big10 both get 3 teams and the fourth that was supposed to go to the SEC go to Notre Dame.

BigXII will get both teams that make it to the CCG, therefore BYU’s task is to get to the CCG, it doesn’t matter if you get there undefeated or not, just get in there.
