Full time NBA is the better way to learn skills. Consider Kawhi Leonard arc shot 25% in college, 39% in NBA. He improved
dramatically in his Rookie NBA season over his two poor college years.
The younger they go the NBA, the better for skill dev.
I'll be surprised if Demin's arc shooting is higher than 32% at BYU, and expect it will be lower than that.
He'd still be a likely lottery pick.
The bigger question with Demin is toughness. But that is learnable, and if anyone can bring that out in Egor, KY & Co. can.
