That only applied in the PAC12, who ran their own officiating crews.
That blatant conflict of interest being gloriously overheard during a Utah post-game press conference.
It would not surprise me if former PAC12 officiating crews are now part of the crews that work Big12 (and B1G) games on the west coast.
