frustration is not even knowing where my seats are, they can’t even tell me what section they’re in. I have a brother-in-law who was supposed to be using 2 of my 4 tickets, but he wants good seats. He’s quite well off, and although he would like to sit with me and my wife, he would gladly shell out $400 or $500 per ticket for good seats if ours are nosebleed. So I’ve been in limbo waiting to see where my seats are, and I might have to sell two of my tickets, but I can’t sell them if I don’t even have them nor know where they are. Maybe I’m just naïve, this is the first time I’ve bought away tickets through BYU Ticket Office, previously I’ve bought off StubHub, SeatGeek, etc. when we’ve gone to away games.
