My wife and I have live in apartments for our 10 years of married life until last year.

We were so excited to actually have trick-or-treaters last year, that we also gave out full sized candy bars. We Probably had 10 groups come.

Fast forward to this year...we had 30-40 groups come...I probably had 5 kids tell me that they remembered our house from last year!

The excitement they get over having a full candy bar is honestly beyond worth the money.

"If you build it, they will come!"
