No? It will almost assuredly be the SEC or B10 runner up. Assuming we are
awarded the 4 seed. If we can pass Miami for the 3, then you're right I suppose. Even then it will almost assuredly be the B10 or SEC runner up. All they'll have to do is win their 1st round game at home.
