Those I know who closely follow high school football tell me that Pay is a MUCH better player than the Dunn kid from Spanish Fork (4-star USC commit). Dunn's hype is all about size and potential (and he definitely has both)... but they think he's soft and maybe a but lazy. Pay is far from soft and far from lazy.
