He was often seen just chilling and cheering as a fan behind home plate. I think he's been a regular at some other sports as a fan in the off-season too. He's clearly enjoying his BYU experience. Some are concerned he might get poached by a bigger program. I don't think so. For one, he's probably earning himself a substantial NIL deal to stay as is. But I think he recognizes that it'll be easier to win with the culture and relationships he has here already than to go risk a situation like what Florida State has going on right now. And for a guy like him, that's probably worth as much or more than making a little more money elsewhere.
