Another fender bender “whose fault is it”
Going through a car wash today. Three cars in a row on an automatic track. All three cars are in at the same time. First car,(suburban) is in the rinse and dry section. Last two cars (Mercedes and Tesla)are in the soap and scrub section.

Suburban driver turns wheel by mistake and forces large SUV off track. Suburban gets pushed back on top of second cars (Mercedes)front bumper/hood.

Third car is covered in soap and is pushed into back of Mercedes as the car wash continues to move cars forward.

Car wash operator now pushes emergency stop but damages are already done.

Which parties have liability here?

Suburban driver leaves the scene.

Mercedes has damage to front and back end.

Tesla is not really damaged.

Car wash may have damage to equipment.
