I'm just thinking it's about 3% as I don't consider every ball that a receiver touches catchable
But, I can think of at least 10 or 12 straight up drops where the receiver should have made the catch that would have knocked his percentage up over 62%.

To other people's point though The fact that he is throwing more balls away rather than trying to force them in with the possibility of more interceptions, that's a win. Sudden changes are always worse than punting the ball away.

I do still think that he needs to increase his completion percentage to get it up close to 65%.
