I might just be forgetting someone, but I feel more relaxed abt Ferrin making the entire range of kicks reliably without having some kind of mental misfire than any kicker I can think of in recent memory. Including the Payne brothers.

Maybe Owen Pochman would be the last kicker of this caliber?
