Especially because interpretations are going to be wildly different (I didn't have the privilege of watching but a lot of reports had Catchings as a top performer). I've also heard people with access to practice talk about Kanon as a willing and extremely athletic defender.
That being said, he's a freshman and not nearly as polished as Demin so I foresee some growing pains. But with how soft our early schedule is, that should provide an excellent opportunity to get Kanon a lot of live reps in preparation for B12 ball. With how young and talented he is, I'm anticipating continuous improvement as the season goes on.
