I go to bed at 7 pm
with the hope of falling asleep by 7:30.

I get up at 3:30 am so I can be at the gym to work out by 4 and then shower, eat breakfast, and be working my job by 6 (if I don’t work out first thing, it doesn’t happen, plus working out before working my job helps reduce my stress and anxiety).
