Those aren’t back judges. You have the white hat and the center official back there. The back judge is positioned in the
deep defensive backfield.

The white hat’s view was blocked by the QB’s helmet… impossible to see if the QB was grabbed by the mask or the should or chest padding.

The center’s view was blocked by an OL and DL engaged with each other.

Sometimes refs just don’t have angles on things.
