The college towns are awesome.
Opposing fan-bases have been very cool generally speaking.
Opposing coaches for both basketball and football are top notch.
And 75% of the latest additions are cool too.

Lastly, BYU's reaction and ramp-up/learning curve is much faster than I expected as well. I predicted the basketball team last year would be in the basement and I fully expected the football team to have a 4-5 year period before we got enough Big 12 talent and depth to be competitive yearly. Not saying we are there yet; we need to sustain gains we've made, but I like what I am seeing.
