I wonder how big their strike fund is. 32k machinists is a ton. AFAIU, their
only pay while on strike is from the union's strike fund, right?

This article claims they are only getting $250 per week from the strike fund and that many have been turning to temp jobs as their health benefits went away as of week 3 of the strike.


The numbers that start to cross the line when they already have a 35% pay increase on the table (about 8% per year for 4 years) will start to increase as people start feeling the Christmas pinch from only making $1000 per month.
