even if they did, isn’t that their prerogative? Don’t most institutions use the resources at their disposal for the furthering of their goals? How is it cheating to use your money to better a program?

There is obviously a lot of jealousy going on here. I am sure that the Ute fans that are complaining would not be doing so if it benefitted the program that they cheer for.
