Drive one: Exploit UCF weak passing d. Assuming lost coin toss and UCF defers

Score quickly in two minute offense. Keep UCF chasing the score from the outset.

Use up clock bending on UCF run game. They are going to get their yards. The key is to exploit their turnover ratio combined with BYU defensive penchant to tightened up in the red zone. Goal is to keep them from scoring at all forcing a 3rd and long or goal situation for a chance to pick off the pass. Second best result hold them to 3

Second drive: Use up five minutes or more mixing dinks and dunks with mid field passing along with a couple option pitches on short yardage situations. Again exploit what UCF gives BYU offensively through the air. Score another TD

On their drive same strategy as the first drive. Let them rush between the twenties, attempt to exploit opportunities for turnovers. Again hold them to no more then three points.

Hopefully if strategy works BYU up 14-6 or better if UCF turns the ball over 21-3.

Third drive: switch it up again. Two minute drill and score quickly through the air to make it 21/28 - 3/6

From that point on, each time on offense slow play and grind out the clock.

The point is to force UCF in the second half to abandon the run because they are playing from behind . Their passing game is weak and could lead to more turnovers.
