have the numbers or the body to be draft worthy in the NFL right now. If he comes back next year and really takes it up another level, then I could see NFL teams willing to give him a good shot with a free agent deal if not drafted, despite his smaller body size.
The only real threat to him not coming back would be if some other school out there comes after him with a big bag of money, but I think he's mature enough to understand he'd probably have his best shot at having more success for next year by staying at BYU due to being able to maintain the chemistry and relationships he already has in the locker room here.
Now, if Yeshiva University suddenly starts up D1 FBS football program...then all bets are off. 😉
