1) I don’t think you play enough. A lot of shots like short game and putting comes from feel. You can improve by playing and practicing around the greens (100 yards and in) Not just hitting balls on the range won’t help much from my experience. I use the driving rang just to warm up.

2) I would look at who are playing with. I would try to play with people who are better than you. You can pick up on things that they do that you can implement.
