If you are looking at new, it looks like the RX only has 4 cylinder hybrid or 4 cylinder turbo, no third row. If you
are liking Toyota then you could look at the Highlander which is slightly bigger than the RX but has the 3rd row. I believe the latest year is only hybrid or turbo but if you go back a year or two you can find them with the 3.5 liter V6 which is known to be pretty bullet proof. 20 MPG city, 27 highway with the 3.5 liter V6. I'm not a fan of hybrid or turbo, but I would go hybrid if I had to choose. Toyota has made hybrids for so long that they have good track record for reliability.
