they meet you at the luggage claim, they take your luggage and you don't have to worry about it until it shows up in your stateroom.

I've always used public transportation or uber/lyft. This was in Seattle and Florida however.

I would look at the Uber or Lyft cost. It's probably cheaper and better than the cruise transportation.
