It's possible that a team like Boise St could have a team ranked in the top 10. (especially considering their running
back right now).
Imagine if BSU beat Oregon last month (a reminder the score was 34 to 37 and BSU could have/should have won it). Then it would be a real possibility that they would be ranked higher than an ACC team or a B12 team.
Undefeated BSU with a win over Oregon vs a one loss ACC or B12 champ? It's possible.
