I haven't heard anybody in a position to know anything question Kanon's eligibility. His situation is very different
from Bosko, but closer to Egor's. For Kanon, Overtime Elite is set up to get high-school aged players opportunities at top programs in the NCAA, so they're careful about making sure all the NCAA eligibility regulations are met. I'd be very, very surprised if there was any issue at all with Kanon's eligibility.

Egor's situation on the Real Madrid B squad was actually fairly similar - it's essentially a boarding school that plays basketball, just like Overtime Elite or Utah Prep or the like, although I doubt they're as plugged in to the NCAA regs as Overtime Elite, Utah Prep, etc.

Bosko might be different because he was not in that boarding school/prep school-type environment. With him, it's probably going to depend on how the NCAA sees whatever salary he was pulling down.
