Even if all 6 safeties that we rotate were equal, wouldn't it make the most sense to play the most veteran players the majority of the time because they're not liable to make as many mental mistakes or let the moment get too big for them. I just wonder what Coach Hill is trying to accomplish by playing Prassas or Satuala as much as he does. They're great to give a quick break, but they're still liabilities that will be discovered the longer they're on the field.
