You should be able to get in quickly once it's vacant
Just a matter of finding one that opens up quickly — landlords often post openings before the place is actually vacant, to minimize time they're not collecting rent.

If the outgoing tenant treated the place right, shouldn't take the LL long to have it ready for move in.

Tenant screening shouldn't take more than a few days and then updating the lease for you to sign shouldn't take any time.
