that all remaining teams on BYU's schedule has some serious QB issues/questions makes me feel like it's a real possibility.
The only team in the top 50 of passing efficiency is UCF (#49), and they just had a QB change. So who knows how that shakes out, but they're on a 3 game losing streak.
Team Passing Efficiency
Ok St - #76
UCF - #49
Utah - #92
Kansas - #122
ASU - #65
Houston - #107
With BYU having the top passing efficiency defense in the country, it's very reasonable to expect them to continue making big plays and causing turnovers against the remaining opponents. I'd say the team that worries me the most at this point is ASU. They have an average passing attack (rather than awful), but they appear to have a pretty tough defense and have a stud RB who looks like a nightmare to tackle.
Either way, crazy to see BYU have a chance to have an historic season. Even if they drop a couple games, this has still been a highly successful year that should hopefully bolster FB recruiting and help set up the future.
