This is true sometimes. Row 9 is spectacular but it's arguably too close. And then obviously for a Dec noon kickoff,
you're much better off being on the east side.
But - for many games it's hard to beat parking in lot 1, going to the Cougar Club food under the west stands, and sitting in the shade and seeing the view the west stands provides.
