"Trap game" implies a game where one team is obviously better, should win under basically every case where they don't trip over their own shoes, but lose focus, are unprepared, and stumble, and in the process give away the game.

Suggesting OSU is a trap game doesn't give OSU nearly the credit they deserve. That is a talented team with a savvy, experienced coach. They've struggled to put things together, but that doesn't mean they aren't dangerous. If OSU played at its capacity, BYU could play its best game and still get beat.
