There's plenty to criticize:

- It has a bit of a reverse Knightley P&P problem in that he's basically perfect and she's the one who needs fixing, but that's not a big problem.

- I think it's valid for people to complain that all the Jewish women (except the one woman rabbi who shows up for 5 minutes) get portrayed negatively. Easiest way to fix that would be adding another character, but that would expand runtime.

- The writer clearly knows podcasting waaay better than actual religion — the one sermon we hear from him is incredibly trite fluff while her explanation of her egotistical over-sharing on the podcast sounds very rehearsed and self-justifying in a way that suggests the writer believes it, rather than is criticizing it.

But, the chemistry is good, it doesn't overstay its welcome, the actors are good, the brother is very funny, it's explicitly pro-Jewish in an age of anti-semitism, etc. Good show.
