Sorry if already posted, but kudos to the Oregon coaching staff at the end of the Ohio State game. They knew the rule
having 12 men on the field was not a dead ball foul. So even if Ohio State declined the penalty, the time it took the play to run was gone no matter what.
The Giants did that at the end of the Super Bowl to beat the Patriots, and the NFL then changed the rule. Super smart.
