Gary would make a great DC..
However.. I think Jay Hill will be BYU's 'Coach in Waiting'.
I see Kalani taking another job before Hill leaves.
Hill -> HC
Anderson -> DC
Kalani off making more than BYU pays him and without the religious overhead that comes with BYU (bosses are the AD, BOT, and Quorum of Church leaders.. along with every Bishop your players report to 🙂 )
