West —> East is harder than the other way around, IMO, in terms of adjusting to
the time change. Much harder. East —> West is a piece of cake by comparison.
(I recognize that in sports, it may be a bit different if a team travels East —> West and has to play late at night.)
Also, the flight time from Utah to Orlando is about 4 hours.
