reduce refills by 80%. Not to mention I am one who tends to get small drinks if I'm dining in, knowing that I can just refill it multiple times. I sure as heck wouldn't go ask a worker to refill my drink 4 times.

I have zero shame at CFA for lemonade refills. I'll go up there 4 times in a single visit and they'll say "my pleasure"
