Last year kenpom.com started BYU at #36, which many thought too high, and BYU finished #18.

15 spots. But last year at #36, kenpom.com was much higher to start than ANYONE else. I think he had us 9-9 B12 to start

That might be right. I thought he had us with barely a winning record though?

Yes, BYU shot up to #9 after winning Las Vegas Trophy, to a high of #4 going into B12 play. Finished the season at #18.
