Not true. If it's Rangel he started a game or two last year. If it's Bowman he's
started a lot of games.
They essentially had a rotating QB situation last year between the same two games where they played basically equal snaps until Bowman took the job and did well last year...and not this year.
Bowman can't run. We'd eat him alive.
Rangel is Retzlaffian - Okay accuracy, good running ability.
