It really had continued to get better and better, particularly when they went Independent and were trying to get the attention of the world. No more monotone Granny Sycamore 1st downs, and game music that was the same being played during the Bosco years.
The biggest change started with the Cosmo Stunts and dances, after going viral with that first one, with the Cougarettes. It really got going, when they started doing the end of the 3rd quarter show, (before the drum/clap) with the crowd flags and 4 huge BYU signs that dropped to show Cosmo waving the flag.
