have ever heard (on psychology topics). Not that I have met thousands of psychologists, but I've known a few. Most were not particularly smart, and the few smart ones seemed to lack any insight. Constrained by their ridiculous models of mind and personality, unwilling to consider things from another perspective. Including the LDS ones. Maybe especially them, in some cases.

I realize not all psychologists are like I've described, but it's the case with those I've known. I know there are several psychologists on this board; I think I have a few as CB friends. I'm not saying anything about any individual other than Peterson, whom I find to be a breath of fresh air.
