He can't plant and throw. There's nothing there right now which is why so many of his passes are way off. Doing a lot of jumping while throwing.

I actually feel bad for him. He's not at all in a condition to be playing football. He's out of shape, rusty on timing, can't grip the ball, and now he can't run or plant his foot to throw.
